Click on Tickets
Enter in the request details.
Select the Product name, if no product name suits the query then leave this blank.
Attach screenshots if necessary or other documents.
Click on Submit.
The new ticket is created and Deliver XP is notified. From this window replies and comments can be
made to Deliver XP Support.
Comments from Deliver XP Support will show here as well as in an email response.
To the right of this page the ticket information can be edited and closed by the ticket owner.
Click on ‘My Area’ to see the tickets created.
From here adding a new ticket can be created.
To edit the profile, click on the profile icon on the top right.
Then View profile
